About Jonathan Nadler
A veteran attorney, Jonathan Nadler brings more than 15 years of experience to his position as Member at the Philadelphia offices of the national law firm Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC. He focuses on employment law and labor relations matters, representing global firms as well as smaller companies. He offers a wide range of services to his clients, including defending employment discrimination claims, conducting internal investigations, defending against unfair labor practice charges, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Jonathan Nadler also writes and lectures on whistleblower and retaliation claims under federal and state law, including the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act.
Jon Nadler earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and history from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, before going on to complete his law degree at the University of Virginia. While in law school, Jon Nadler served as a Dillard Fellow and a member of the Senior Editorial Board for the Journal of Law & Politics.
Prior to his current role with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, Jon Nadler practiced with several other prominent Philadelphia firms including Reed Smith LLP and Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP. Jonathan Nadler also served as a law clerk for the Honorable George P. Kazen in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
